National Cloth.Vyshyvanka - is a national Ukrainian cloth. Its embroidered shirts whith the geometric or plant ornament. For ukrainians vyshyvanka wasn't only clothes. In ancient times people believed that it would protect them from troubles and bad luck. Ornaments on shirt are symbolical.
In their time they denoted sexual, social, spiritual and regional attribute of person.
Ethnographers can "read" a whole history of ukrainian nation in figures on vyshyvanka.
For me such shirt first of all is an unique creation of skilful hands of embroideress, it's original product of art.
